Return and Exchange Policy

To better assist you and ensure clear tracking, all our exchange, return, and warranty processes are managed through a form.
You just need to scan the QR code and complete the information.

By scanning the QR code, you accept the terms and conditions of our Return and Warranty Policy.

This form is the primary and mandatory channel for submitting your request.

Once submitted, our team will review the case and contact you by email to follow up on the process.

1. Exchange and Return Period

• Exchanges can be made within 30 calendar days of purchase.

• No exchanges are accepted for discounted products or limited editions, unless it is the same item in a different size or if there are manufacturing defects.

• For non-in-person purchases (e-commerce, WhatsApp, Instagram), the right of withdrawal applies within 5 business days following product delivery.

• For in-person purchases, Zephir also offers withdrawal within 5 business days after the purchase.
  

2. Conditions for Exchange or Return

The product must:

• Be unused.

• Retain original tags and packaging.

• Not have been tampered with or altered.

• Present invoice or proof of purchase.

Personalized products cannot be returned

3. Shipping Costs

• For returns due to personal preference, the customer bears the shipping costs.

• In cases of warranty due to manufacturing defect, Zephir will cover all logistical costs.

4. Refunds

• Once the product is received and evaluated, the refund will be processed within 15 business days. The money will be returned to the same payment method used, as established by Law 2439 of 2024.
  

Warranty Policy

1. Legal Warranty

Zephir offers a quality warranty for 6 months from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing defects such as:

• Defective seams

• Loose threads

• Premature fabric wear

The warranty does not cover:

• Damage from improper use

• Incorrect washing

• Exposure to chemicals

• Normal wear and tear
