Purchase Process and Payment Methods

We accept payments via Mercado Pago, bank transfer, credit cards, and debit cards. Payments are processed immediately. We do not accept custom orders.

Shipping and Delivery

We process orders within 1-3 business days and primarily ship within Colombia, with international options available upon quotation. Shipping costs vary (Bogotá: $9,500; national: $18,000) and there may be offers for purchases above a specific amount.

Returns and Exchanges Policy

We only accept returns for manufacturing defects. For exchanges due to size or reference, the product must be unused and in its original packaging. The customer covers the return shipping cost, while ZEPHIR covers the shipping of the replacement.
