SHIPPING POLICY 

1. Shipping Processing Times

1.1. For shipments within Bogotá, deliveries are made within a maximum of 2 business days after purchase.

1.2. In major cities, delivery time will be 2 to 3 business days after purchase.

1.3. In secondary cities, delivery time will be 3 to 4 business days after purchase.

2. Shipping Costs

2.1. For shipments within Bogotá, the flat shipping rate is $9,500 COP per order, regardless of weight.

2.2. For national shipments within Colombia, the flat shipping rate is $13,000 COP, regardless of weight and destination.

2.3. For international shipments, shipping costs will be calculated based on the dimensions and weight of the order, as well as the rates of the transport company used. (Also varies depending on the country or zip code)

3. Shipping Tracking

3.1 Provide customers with a tracking number once the order is dispatched. This way, they can track their package in real-time and be more at ease with the status of their shipment.

3.2 Include an easily accessible platform for customers to track their order.

4. Shipping Restrictions

Currently, we do not ship to areas outside the coverage area of the logistics operators we work with. Some rural or hard-to-reach areas may have delivery limitations or longer delivery times. Zephir is not responsible for delays due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, force majeure events, or international customs.

5. Damaged or Lost Items

If you receive a damaged item or if your order is lost in transit, please contact us immediately. We are committed to resolving any issues as soon as possible, which may include a refund or replacement of the affected product.
